- Rough sketches done in pencil and felt pen.
- Birds eye view with the help of 3D Max.
- Final illustration and colouring in Photoshop.
For this assignment I teamed-up with Roel Elsinga / studiolichtjaar.nl
NB: while making the first sketches for this project we studied the oldest available plans of the castle from the 18 century and some etches of earlier date. With all that information and the knowledge of how some castle were built in that period we made the best assumption of how castle Ammersoyen was built in early 1300.
